PA's Lake Erie Int'l. Coastal Cleanup

Saturday, Sept. 19, 9am to noon. What is it?...take a 1st-hand look at the kind of trash littering Lake Erie, Presque Isle Bay, and our local streams. You will also join together with volunteers from all over the world in the 24th Annual Int'l. Coastal Cleanup. Volunteers will be collecting and recording the types of trash found. 15 sites have been chosen in and around Erie by this year's cleanup partners. Doug Ebert (Erie County Health Dept. and one of our elders) is a site coordinator for upper Mill Creek to Belle Valley Church. Please plan to volunteer for the cleanup and call Doug (451-6745) for more info.
